Seouléa is a Korean beauty brand bringing the best of K-beauty to Canada — from skincare to hair care and makeup. We are opening a new location at Place Ste-Foy and are looking for passionate Beauty Advisors to join our team. If you love Korean beauty and connecting with people, this role is for you. 

About the role

● Welcome and engage clients in a warm manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and leaves with a positive experience

● Provide tailored skincare consultations and K-beauty product recommendations based on skin type, concerns, and goals

● Educate clients on Korean skincare routines, ingredients, and techniques

● Stay informed on product launches, beauty trends, and K-beauty innovations

● Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals

● Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

● Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising

● Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges with professionalism

● Support the Store Manager in daily operations as needed Who we’re looking for

● Previous retail or customer service experience required (beauty or skincare preferred)

● Strong communication and active listening skills

● Passion for Korean beauty and skincare

● Ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and deliver a consultative sales approach

● Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude

● Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

● Punctual, reliable, and professional in presentation

● Comfortable with POS systems

Beauty Knowledge 

• Knowledge and interest in Korean and/or Asian skincare is required

• Ability to analyze skin concerns and recommend appropriate products and routines

• General knowledge of the broader beauty landscape (makeup, body care, haircare) is an asset Language and Location

● French required (written and spoken)  

● English proficiency is an asset

● Must reside in or near Québec City
